Thank You Steve :: A note on behalf of all Sri Lankan fans

The unbearable moment is that I saw a tweet mentioning; “Steve Jobs passed away” when I was checking my Twitter account while I’m on my way to office. Seriously, I was shocked when I heard this and started to go through more tweets. Yet, most of the tweets that I gone through had explained me was; “the greatest inventor of Apple Inc. has passed away” : (

On August 24, 2011, Jobs announced his resignation from his role as Apple’s CEO. In his letter of resignation, Jobs strongly recommended that the Apple executive succession plan be followed and Tim Cook be named as his successor. Per his request, Jobs was appointed chairman of Apple’s board of directors. On October 5, 2011, Apple announced that Jobs had died. All just happened within a short period.. But truly, I’ve never touched an IPAD, I have no much experience with an iPhone or iMac , but still i Respect this iNnovative genius and a tech iVisionary, honorable Mr. Steve Jobs.

In a statement, the company (Apple Inc.) said:
“We are deeply saddened to announce that Steve Jobs passed away today. Steve’s brilliance, passion and energy were the source of countless innovations that enrich and improve all of our lives. The world is immeasurably better because of Steve. His greatest love was for his wife, Laurene, and his family. Our hearts go out to them and to all who were touched by his extraordinary gifts.”

When I was searching for more details in Google.Com.. I found below screen; (Yes,  I’m amazed with this simple salutation/respect given by google.. Seriously, a true public-figure can not be vanished from our selves). Thank You! Google.

Even though he’s passed, his excellent inventions & hard-work that he did will be within us as always. My heartiest regrets for you Steve, May your soul rest in peace.
